Terms and Conditions
The use of this website implies the acceptance of each and every one of the following terms and conditions.
1. Currency and Fees: Prices displayed on this website are in $ US Dollars (USD) or € Euros (EUR). Payments made with debit or credit cards incur a 5% fee. The customer is responsible for any money transfer fees. Transactions received in a currency other than S/ Soles (PEN) may result in price discrepancies or additional fees borne by the buyer.
2. Starting at Prices: "Starting at" prices are per person and are based on four guests staying in two Matrimonial or Double Rooms, utilizing private transportation in a SUV, and an exchange rate of S/3.8 for $1.00 or S/4.00 for €1.00.
3. Insurance: We do not offer any kind of insurance. It is recommended that the customer purchases it before traveling. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you declare that you are mentally and physically capable of performing the activities, visits, excursions, etc., indicated in your tour and are responsible for yourself.
4. Customization: We commit to customizing each trip according to the preferences and individual needs of our clients.
5. Customer Service: We are committed to providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and needs of our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Reservation Recommendations: We recommend customers make reservations approximately 60 days before arrival, although reservations are welcomed at any time.
7. Official Quotations: Final prices are specified in the official quotation sent to customers after mutual agreement on a specific itinerary. Prices may change without notice prior to issuing an official quotation.
8. Inclusions and Exclusions: Prices do not include flights, transportation, accommodation, goods, services, etc., unless specified in each official quotation.
9. Validity and Activation of Reservation: Official quotations are valid for one week unless otherwise specified. Reservations become active only after paying 50% of the price, while the quotation is valid and confirming the payment with us. The remaining 50% must be paid and confirmed at least 20 days before arrival.
10. Changes and Fees: Any requested or forced change made by the buyer may alter the price and incur fees or be considered as a no-show, determined by us based on individual circumstances and factors.
11. Itinerary Adjustments: Itineraries are meticulously planned, but operational reasons may necessitate changes or adjustments. We do not accept responsibilities under such circumstances.
12. Outstanding Payments and Refunds: Buyers owing any amount must settle it promptly, or it may be considered a no-show. There are no refunds in case of a no-show.
13. Fairness and Satisfaction: We strive to be fair and ensure customer satisfaction under all circumstances.
14. Quality: We commit to providing high-quality services to ensure a satisfactory experience for our clients.
15. Copyright and Legal: All media used on this website are copyrighted by their respective owners and are utilized for illustration and reference purposes.
16. Sustainability: We are committed to promoting sustainable practices in our operations to protect the environment and support local communities.
17. Prevention of Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents in the Tourism Sector (ESNNA): ESNNA refers to the use of minors' bodies for sexual, pornographic, or erotic purposes in exchange for payment, promise of payment, or other benefits such as food, clothing, cell phones, etc. In this context, we are committed to conducting prevention actions aimed at eradicating this issue in Peru in accordance with Law No. 30802, in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Mincetur).
18. Official Registration: Our company is duly registered with the relevant authorities, in our case the Dircetur Amazonas.
19. Laws: Peruvian laws apply to all transactions and disputes.
20. Acceptance: The use of our services implies acceptance of all the points detailed in the present Legal Notice.
